3. Fees & Booking
Each service has a fixed fee as per the booking page. Payment methods and timelines are provided during booking. Refunds or rescheduling are allowed once (free of charge) if requested ≥ 90 minutes before scheduled time Consult With Suvan.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete loyalty account information and travel details. In case of award bookings, clients should verify availability before purchasing the booking service.

6. Intellectual Property

Our liability is limited to the amount paid. We do not guarantee award availability and outcomes depend on third-party loyalty program policies.
8. Termination & Changes
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice. We reserve the right to update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
