No refund will be provided if an email response has been provided from consultwithsuvan@gmail.com within 24 hours upon completion of payment irrespective of the kind of response given. A non response to certain questions if the client has exceeded the maximim permissible limit of two is not considered a non response and will be clearly mentioned in the reply email as well. If a client does not receive an email response within 24 hours they are requested to write to consultwithsuvan@gmail.com with proof of transaction and non response. They will subseqently receive a full refund.
One-on-One Consultation
No refund will be provided once payment has been made for this service and a slot has been booked. Should a client wish to change their slot they can make ONE (1) free change by emailing consultwithsuvan@gmail.com provided this request is communicated at least 90 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Premium Booking Service

Award Booking Service
No refund will be provided for this service one payment has been made irresepctive of the kind of response provided to the client. In many cases flight deals may not be available and as long as some kind of email response has been provided to the client within 24 hours there is no refund that will be issued under any circumstance.
